Lucia Croft
Lucy has been teaching English Literature and English Language from age 8 to 18 for over 20 years. She has also taught Sociology, Media Studies and Religious Education. "I never give up on a child; and, more to the point, I never let anyone else — mostly the child themselves. My approach is gentle, nurturing, patient, encouraging - Christ-Centered. My forte is being able to adapt my style to suit the audience, focusing on personalized learning for individual needs. Understanding challenging behaviour is one of my fortes. I know behind every 'behaviour' is a need — I never single out a child. I only ever 'enquire'"
